The hotel company Eco Quechua Lodge is looking for qualified personnel for its Eco Quechua Santa Teresa hotel. The vacancies are to fill the positions of Resident Administrator,
Reception - Guest Service and kitchen. Know the requirements and apply here.

 1- POSITION: “RESIDENT ADMINISTRATOR”: He is responsible for ensuring that the service and operation provided at the Lodge as a whole is of excellence and memorable. This is why it is a position with a lot of movement and responsibility. You must always be in sight of the guests and be proactive in your approach to them to serve them and anticipate the needs they may have. Possibility of having casual conversations and generating a direct impact on the experience of the guest and of all those related to the company. Ability to train staff and work with neighboring communities. Responsible for sending administrative reports and invoicing of suppliers sent documentation.

Requirements:
– Have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service.
– Have at least 1 year of experience leading work teams.
– Have an advanced command of English or another second language.
– Have availability to work for periods interned in the jungle.
– A sincere desire to satisfy the needs of our visitors
– Excellent verbal communication.
– Have an empathic spirit committed to the conservation and care of the environment.
– Knowledge of administrative processes.

3- POSITION: “RECEPTION – GUEST SERVICE”:
Check daily the arrival report of the next day and identify VIPS guests.

Functions:
– Perform the Check In of guests.
– Provide personalized assistance to guests from arrival at the airport.
– Offer the different services of the Hotel, such as SUP, bar, etc.
– Attend and solve problems that may arise during the stay of a guest.
– Coordinate type of courtesies for different types of guests.
– Prepare welcome letters, anniversaries, etc. for Hotel guests.
– Keep correct control of incidents/occurrences with guests.
– Track the services and packages offered by the Hotel.
 Requirements:
– Have a minimum experience of 2 years in reception, guest relations and/or customer service.
– Have 1 year of experience in hotels / lodges with remote location.
– Have command of English.
– Third language (German, French). Optional
– Have availability to work for periods interned in the jungle.
– A sincere desire to satisfy the needs of our visitors
– Excellent verbal communication.
– Have an empathic spirit committed to the conservation and care of the environment.
